All pre-orders placed through BigKidsShopHere.com are made to reserve limited-edition items that are produced in small quantities. Please review the following refund guidelines before placing your order:
✅ Full Refunds:
You may request a 100% refund within 30 days of placing your pre-order, no questions asked.
⏳ Partial Refunds:
If you request a cancellation after 30 days but before 60 days, a 70% refund will be issued. The remaining 30% covers production and administrative fees.
🚫 No Refunds After 60 Days:
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, no refunds will be issued after 60 days.
